AgriScot 2004 Competition Winner Receives His Prize

Egremont, Cumbria, December 2004 “ The winner of the AgriScot 2004 RITCHIE Prize Draw, Mr Norman Sherwen was presented with his new RITCHIE Continental Cattle Crate; No 339 by RITCHIE Sales Representative David Richardson.

Mr Sherwen travelled to AgriScot 2004 in Edinburgh on a trip organised by Furness & South Cumberland Farmers, Egremont. The prize was for winning a RITCHIE Competition promoting the AgriScot event. Little did Mr Sherwen know that he would be travelling back to Cumbria to await delivery of his brand new RITCHIE Continental Cattle Crate. The crate has a fully automatic yoke with auto reset facility with easily adjusted neck yoke widths. The design allows complete access to both sides of animal whilst featuring a popular ratchet type rump bar operation. Mr Sherwens crate comes complete with rear gate and aluminium 5 bar treadplate floor.
